This is a crash-course that will enhance your ability to implement marketing that gets real results for your business. Topics include identify and examine your target market to create compelling brand differentiation and a relevant positioning, develop useable strategies for direct, offline, and online marketing, learn how to engage and activate your customers through targeted communications and specific messaging, and learn the starting points for developing a comprehensive marketing strategy and plan.

Learn how a marketing plan is constructed. Students will begin or refine your business or organization’s target audiences, develop strategies, and identify tactics in your organic and paid social media marketing efforts on various social media platforms. Students will also learn how to launch and sustain a content strategy and measure efforts.

This course explores how educational programs and events can be used to strengthen community connections and support business or professional growth. Participants learn how to plan, promote, and facilitate workshops, classes, and outreach activities that build trust and long term relationships. The course focuses on audience identification, partnership development, and practical program logistics informed by real world examples.
